This place is AMAZING! People keep things moving and go a great job. Detail oriented and professional. My car was dirty from years of pollen and crud and it came out looking like a different car. Thanks!

I’m frustrated with the experience I had today. You have signs advertising hand car washes for $45, and because the tunnel car wash was out of service, that was the only option being offered this morning. Earlier today I was skipped, so I came back after work because the employee with the gold teeth told me he would wash my car. When I returned, he did not. I went inside to ask if another employee could do the hand wash, but I was told they were short staffed. The owner's response was, "We can't make them work. That's the kind of world we live in." My question is, why advertise and offer a service if you are not willing or able to provide it? I should not have to beg a business to take my money. I left disappointed because I expected the service that was being advertised and promised.

I had my car detailed at Lee’s Magic Tunnel Car Wash in Huntsville, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I called the front desk beforehand and asked how much a detail would be for my Volkswagen SUV, and I was quoted $185. I immediately made an appointment. I want to be honest — my car was in very rough shape. With kids, a busy life, and a golden doodle who is constantly in and out of the car (including after trips to the pool), my cloth seats, floors, and interior had seen better days. There were crumbs, hair, debris, and just years of everyday life built up. I was honestly embarrassed dropping it off. Anthony was absolutely amazing. He let me know it would take the weekend to get everything done, but he completely transformed my vehicle. The difference was unbelievable. He took my chaotic, messy, neglected car and turned it into a clean, refreshed vehicle that felt brand new again. He focused on the areas that needed the most attention and truly put care into his work. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the job he did. He was also extremely kind when returning my vehicle, and that level of customer service meant a lot. A simple “thank you” does

Friendly fast service for a fantastic price. Best bang for the buck. This is not a fancy high dollar detail shop if you expect that and want to pay for that you’ll need to go elsewhere.

Always do a great job Update: Not always, today was a very bad experience. Took over an hour after my car came out of the wash, it wasn't a lack of people, people were standing around and no one was working on my car. All in all had this been my first trip it would also be my last. I will give them another opportunity. I'll see if this is their new way of doing business or if I simply had an isolated bad experience. Incidentally, the dirt remaining on my windshield looks something like condensation from the AC, it is not, my AC was not on. Mats are obviously not cleaned. Seat not wiped down. Inside doors not clean. Carpet not vaccumed. Debris remaining around windshield wiper base. Spots on car hood. Update: Back to normal! Great job.
